(EN)The present invention relates to a cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery, which improves the rate capability of a lithium secondary battery by coating the surface of a layered lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt oxide cathode active material with fluorine and thereby forming a spinel structure on the surface, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention can charge a lithium secondary battery up to capacity close to full charge in a short time as compared to conventional cathode active materials, and therefore can provide a lithium secondary battery having improved rate capability, which is suitable to achieve a high-capacity secondary battery.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur un matériau actif de cathode pour une batterie secondaire au lithium, lequel matériau améliore la capacité de débit d'une batterie secondaire au lithium par le revêtement de la surface d'un matériau actif de cathode au lithium en oxyde de nickel-manganèse-cobalt en couches par du fluor, et, ainsi, la formation d'une structure de spinelle sur la surface, et sur un procédé de fabrication pour ce dernier. La présente invention peut charger une batterie secondaire au lithium jusqu'à une capacité proche de la charge complète en un temps court par rapport à des matériaux actifs de cathode classiques, et peut par conséquent procurer une batterie secondaire au lithium ayant une capacité de débit améliorée, qui est appropriée pour obtenir une batterie secondaire de haute capacité.
(KO)본 발명은 층상의 리튬 니켈-망간-코발트 양극 활물질을 불소로 표면 코팅함으로써 표면에 스피넬 구조를 형성하여 리튬이차전지의 레이트(rate) 특성이 향상되도록 한 리튬이차전지용 양극 활물질 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 종래에 비해 짧은 시간에 만충전에 가까운 용량을 충전할 수 있어 이차전지의 대용량화에 적합한, 레이트(rate)특성이 향상된 리튬 이차전지가 제공될 수 있다.
