(EN)The present invention relates to a device for automatically and manually supplying toner to a toner cartridge, and the device comprises: a DC adaptor (100); a residual toner detection sensor (200); a control means (300); a toner container (400); an air pump (500) for pumping the toner of the toner container (400); a three-way valve (600) connected between the toner container (400) and the air pump (500) so as to supply or block air to the toner container (400); and a toner hose (700) for transferring the toner of the toner container (400) to a toner cartridge. Thus, the present invention has practical application by providing the remarkable advantages of: enabling a smooth supply of toner by the gravity of the toner without solidification due to the shape of the toner container, by optimizing an internal angle of a funnel so as to remove the solidification of unused toner in the toner container; easily supplying even a liquid material in addition to powdered toner; supplying the toner by a difference between the pressure of a toner bottle and the pressure of a toner cartridge inside a printer by supplying air to an air bag, and after the toner has been supplied, collecting toner remaining in a supply hose to the toner container by discharging the air of the expanded air bag in various stages; atomizing solidified toner by mixing the toner of the toner container, and supplying the toner under a fixed condition regardless of the residual amount of the toner container, through a control chip of the toner container; and also, disconnecting the toner container from the outside so as to prevent a supply line for connecting the toner container and the toner cartridge from being contaminated by coming in contact with contaminated air and to prevent the solidification of the toner inside the cartridge.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de fournir automatiquement et manuellement du toner à une cartouche de toner, et le dispositif comprend : un adaptateur CC (100) ; un capteur de détecteur de toner résiduel (200) ; un moyen de commande (300) ; un récipient de toner (400) ; une pompe à air (500) permettant de pomper le toner à partir du récipient de toner (400) ; une vanne trois voies (600) raccordée entre le récipient de toner (400) et la pompe à air (500) de façon à fournir ou bloquer l'air vers le récipient de toner (400) ; et un flexible à toner (700) permettant de transférer le toner du récipient de toner (400) à une cartouche de toner. Ainsi, la présente invention a une application pratique en fournissant les avantages remarquables suivants : permettre une alimentation fluide en toner par le poids du toner sans solidification causée par la forme du récipient de toner, en optimisant un angle intérieur d'un entonnoir de façon à éliminer la solidification de toner non utilisé dans le récipient de toner ; faciliter même l'alimentation en matériau liquide en supplément du toner en poudre ; fournir le toner grâce à une différence entre la pression d'une bouteille de toner et la pression d'une cartouche de toner à l'intérieur d'une imprimante en fournissant de l'air à un ballon gonflable, et après avoir fourni le toner, recueillir le toner restant dans un flexible d'alimentation dans le récipient de toner en refoulant l'air du ballon gonflable gonflé en différentes étapes ; atomiser le toner solidifié en mélangeant le toner du récipient de toner, et fournir le toner dans un état fixe indépendamment de la quantité résiduelle dans le récipient de toner, grâce à une puce de commande du récipient de toner ; et aussi, déconnecter le récipient de toner de l'extérieur de façon à éviter qu'une ligne d'alimentation raccordant le récipient de toner et la cartouche de toner soit contaminée en entrant en contact avec l'air contaminé et éviter la solidification du toner à l'intérieur de la cartouche.
(KO)본 발명은 토너 카트리지에 자동 및 수동으로 토너를 공급하는 장치에 관한 것으로, DC 어댑터(100)와; 토너 잔량 검출센서(200)와; 제어수단(300)과; 토너통(400)과; 상기 토너통(400)의 토너를 펌핑하는 에어펌프(500)와; 상기 토너통(400)과 에어펌프(500) 사이에 연결되어 토너통(400)으로 에어를 공급 또는 차단하는 3웨이 밸브(600) 및; 상기 토너통(400)의 토너를 토너 카트리지로 이송하기 위한 토너 호스(700)로 구성되어 토너통 내 미 사용 토너의 고착을 없애기 위해 깔대기 내부 각도를 최적화하여 토너통 형상에 의한 고착 현상 없이 토너의 중력에 의해 토너 공급 흐름이 원활하고, 분말 상태의 토너뿐만 아니라 액체 상태의 물질도 용이하게 공급할 수 있으며, 공기 주머니에 공기를 넣어 토너병의 압력과 프린터 내부 토너카트리지의 압력 차에 의해 토너가 공급되며 공급 완료 후 공급 호스에 남아있는 토너를 부풀려진 공기 주머니의 공기를 여러 단계로 배출하여 호스에 남아 있는 토너를 토너통으로 회수하며, 토너통의 토너를 섞어 주어 고착된 토너를 미립화시키고 토너통의 제어칩(CHIP)을 통해 토너통의 잔량과 상관없이 항상 일정한 조건으로 토너를 공급할 뿐만 아니라 토너통이 외부와는 단절되어 토너통에서 토너카트리지에 연결하는 공급라인이 오염된 공기와 접촉하여 오염되는 일이 없고 카트리지 내의 토너가 고착되는 문제가 없는 각별한 장점이 있는 유용한 발명이다.
