Title: ACTIVE ENERGY RAY-CURABLE COMPOSITION
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a curable composition which does not undergo cracking upon cure shrinkage and has excellent hardness, scratch resistance and impact resistance. The present invention is an active energy ray-curable composition characterized by comprising a condensation product (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000 or less and a photoacid generator (B), wherein the condensation product (A) is produced by hydrolyzing/condensing a silane compound (I) having a hydrolysable silyl group and represented by general formula (I): R1-(SiR2a(OR3)3-a) and a silane compound (II) having a hydrolysable silyl group and represented by general formula (II): R4-Si(OR3)3 at a molar ratio of the silane compound (II) to the silane compound (I) of 2.0 or less under basic conditions, and wherein the ratio (Y/X) of the molar number (Y) of a OR3 group that is directly bound to each of silicon atoms contained in the condensation product (A) to the molar number (X) of a OR3 group that is directly bound to each of silicon atoms contained in the silane compound (I) and the silane compound (II) that are raw materials of the condensation product (A) is 0.2 or less.
