Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the size of and simplify a parking brake device. This parking brake device is provided to a side of a cylinder (1) of a brake cylinder of a caliper brake device, said side being where a rod (3) protrudes. A second piston (12) is provided inside a second cylinder (11) coaxially coupled to the cylinder, said second piston being provided so as to be capable of coaxial relative displacement with respect to the rod (3). A one-way clutch (14) is provided which engages/disengages as a result of the pressing/release of the pressing of the second piston on a switch (13) disposed facing a cylinder-side side surface of the second piston. A parking-operation auxiliary spring (15) is provided in a cylinder-side space (11c) inside the second cylinder. Moreover, a manual release piston (16) is provided in a space (11b) at a side opposite to the cylinder side. A manual release rod (17) is fixed to a tip of the manual release piston in the second cylinder. Furthermore, a parking release lever (18) is provided which simultaneously presses the second piston in a rod-retraction direction, and the manual release rod in the rod-retraction direction.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un dispositif de frein à main est miniaturisé et simplifié. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif de frein à main disposé d'un côté saillie de tige d'un cylindre (1) d'un cylindre de frein d'un dispositif frein à mâchoires. Un second piston (12) est agencé de manière à autoriser son déplacement relatif coaxialement par rapport à une tige (3), à l'intérieur d'un second cylindre (11) couplé de manière coaxiale au cylindre (1). Un embrayage à roue libre (14) est agencé de manière à se mettre en marche/arrêt par relâchement d'une pression ou pression à l'aide du second piston vis-à-vis d'un commutateur (13) disposé à l'opposé d'une face latérale côté cylindre du piston. Un ressort (15) d'assistance à une opération d'arrêt est disposé dans un espace (11c) côté cylindre à l'intérieur du second cylindre, et un piston pour relâchement manuel (16) est disposé dans un espace (11b) côté cylindre opposé. Une barre de relâchement manuel (17) est fixée à une extrémité avant du second piston du piston pour relâchement manuel, et un levier de relâchement d'arrêt (18) est agencé de manière à ce que le second piston s'enfonce dans une direction retrait de la tige simultanément à l'enfoncement de la tige de la barre de relâchement manuel dans la direction retrait.
(JA) 駐車ブレーキ装置の小型化、簡略化を図る。 キャリパブレーキ装置のブレーキシリンダのシリンダ(1)のロッド突出側に設置する駐車ブレーキ装置である。シリンダと同軸に連結する第2シリンダ(11)内に、ロッド(3)と同軸で相対移動自在に第2ピストン(12)を設ける。第2ピストンのシリンダ側側面と相対して配置したスイッチ(13)への第2ピストンによる押付け解除・押付けによりオン・オフする一方向クラッチ(14)を設ける。第2シリンダ内のシリンダ側の空間(11c)に駐車作動補助スプリング(15)を設置する一方、反シリンダ側の空間(11b)に手動解除用ピストン(16)を設置する。手動解除ピストンの第2シリンダの先端に手動解除棒(17)を固定し、手動解除棒のロッドの退入方向への押し込みと同期して第2ピストンをロッドの退入方向に押し込む駐車解除てこ(18)を設ける。
