Abstract:
(EN) This gas supply tube (1) includes: an outer tube (2) of which one end is closed and that is provided with a plurality of through holes (3) arrayed in the lengthwise direction of the tube wall; and an inner tube (5) of which one end is connected to a gas supply source and that is inserted into the outer tube (2). The gas supplied from the gas supply source passes through the inner tube (5), passes through a gap (7) formed within the outer tube (2) and between the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (5), and flows along paths of discharge to the peripheral space from the plurality of through holes (3) of the outer tube (2). The supplied gas is cooled or heated by means of the temperature of the peripheral space transmitted to the gas supply tube (1) while flowing through the inner tube and while flowing through the gap between the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (5). The inner tube (5) has a structure (9) that increases the area of contact with the gas flowing through the inner tube (5) compared to a cylinder having the same inner volume as that of the inner tube (5).
(FR) Tube d'alimentation en gaz (1) comprenant un tube externe (2), dont une extrémité est fermée et qui est pourvu d'une pluralité de trous traversants (3) alignés dans la direction longitudinale de la paroi du tube, et un tube interne (5), dont une extrémité est reliée à une source d'alimentation en gaz et qui est inséré dans le tube externe (2). Le gaz fourni par la source d'alimentation en gaz traverse le tube interne (5) et un espace (7) formé à l'intérieur du tube externe (2) et entre le tube externe (2) et le tube interne (5), et il s'écoule le long de voies ouvrant sur l'espace périphérique à partir de la pluralité des trous traversants (3) du tube externe (2). Le gaz fourni est refroidi ou chauffé par la température de l'espace périphérique transmise au tube d'alimentation en gaz (1) lorsqu'il s'écoule à travers le tube interne et à travers l'espace entre le tube externe (2) et le tube interne (5). Le tube interne (5) a une structure (9) qui augmente la zone de contact avec le gaz qui circule à travers le tube interne (5), en comparaison avec un cylindre ayant le même volume intérieur que celui du tube interne (5).
