Abstract:
(EN) The present invention mitigates concentration of stress due to differences in thermal expansion and prevents damage of lining members. A lining structure (1) for a lining member (20) provided on the base material (10) of an inserted tube (3) that is used for adding a chemical to a reaction vessel (2) for leaching at high temperatures and high pressures. The base material (10) has a tube section (11) and a flange section (12). The lining member (20) is provided on the base material (10) using a material differing from the base material (10) and has a tube-lining section (21) provided on the tube section (11) and a flange-lining section (22) provided on the flange section (12). A chamfered section (13) is formed on the flange section (12). The tube-lining section (21) protrudes to the same height as the flat surface (22a) of the flange-lining section (22). The flange-lining section (22) has a curved surface (24) that protrudes toward the base material (10)-side on the chamfered section (13) and is welded to the protruding section of the tube-lining section (21) that protrudes from the slanted surface (13a) of the chamfered section (13).
(FR) La présente invention atténue la concentration de contrainte due aux différences dans l'expansion thermique et empêche l'endommagement des éléments de revêtement. L'invention concerne une structure de revêtement (1) pour un élément de revêtement (20) qui est situé sur la matière de base (10) d'un tube introduit (3) qui est utilisé pour ajouter un produit chimique dans un récipient de réaction (2) pour une lixiviation à températures et pressions élevées. La matière de base (10) présente une section de tube (11) et une section de bride (12). L'élément de revêtement (20) est agencé sur la matière de base (10) à l'aide d'une matière différente de la matière de base (10) et possède une section de revêtement de tube (21) située sur la section de tube (11) et une section de revêtement de bride (22) située sur la section de bride (12). Une section chanfreinée (13) est formée sur la section de bride (12). La section de revêtement de tube (21) fait saillie à la même hauteur que la surface plate (22a) de la section de revêtement de bride (22). La section de revêtement de bride (22) présente une surface incurvée (24) qui fait saillie vers le côté de matière de base (10) sur la section chanfreinée (13) et qui est soudée à la section faisant saillie de la section de revêtement de tube (21) qui fait saillie de la surface orientée (13a) de la section chanfreinée (13).
