(EN)The object of the invention is the plasmid pSheB, particularity a plasmid comprising a fragment of pSheB including the arr module and functional derivatives thereof, and strains containing such a plasmid, preferably the Shewanella sp. strain, deposited as KKP 2045p, which are capable of removing arsenic by dissolution of minerals and reduction of arsenates to arsenites. The object of the invention is also the method and the use of such bacterial strains or compositions comprising them, for the selective removal of arsenic from mineral resources, raw materials industry waste or soil.
(FR)L'invention porte sur le plasmide pSheB, en particulier un plasmide comprenant un fragment de pSheB, comprenant le module arr et ses dérivés fonctionnels, et des souches contenant un tel plasmide, de préférence la souche Shewanella sp, déposée sous le nom KKP 2045p, qui sont capables d'éliminer l'arsenic par dissolution de minéraux et réduction d'arséniates en arsénites. L'invention a aussi pour objet le procédé et l'utilisation des souches bactériennes ou compositions les comprenant, pour l'élimination sélective de l'arsenic à partir de ressources minérales, de déchets de l'industrie des matières premières, ou du sol.
