Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to methods and instruments for determining the sensitivity of different micro-organisms to various compounds. More specifically, the invention relates to the determination of the sensitivity of multiresistant pathogenic microorganisms to antibiotics. The invention also relates to the use of a component that can be ionically crossed-over, for the production of microspheres by means of microencapsulation techniques. The invention further relates to a methodology for the analysis of the microbial proliferation inside said capsules and to the interpretation of same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des instruments pour déterminer la sensibilité à des composés distincts de différents micro-organismes. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne la détermination de la sensibilité à des antibiotiques de micro-organismes pathogènes multirésistants. La présente invention fait référence à l'utilisation d'un constituant pouvant être soumis à une fixation croisée sur le plan ionique, utilisé pour produire des microsphères au moyen de techniques de micro-encapsulation. La présente invention concerne aussi une méthodologie par analyse de la prolifération microbienne dans ces capsules et l'interprétation associée.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a métodos e instrumentos para la determinación de susceptibilidad a distintos compuestos por parte de diferentes microorganismos. Más específicamente, se refiere a la determinación de susceptibilidad a antibióticos por parte de microorganismos patógenos multirresistentes. La presente invención hace referencia a la utilización de un componente iónicamente entrecruzable utilizado para la producción de microesferas mediante técnicas de microencapsulación. La presente invención se refiere también a una metodología para el análisis de la proliferación microbiana dentro de esas cápsulas y a la interpretación de los mismos.
