(EN)The present invention relates to a process for the production of microfibrillated cellulose composition, wherein the microfibrillated cellulose has an average fiber length in the range from 500 to 1300 µm and a percentage of fiber length in the category≤200 µm of at least 15%, obtained by subjecting an aqueous mixture comprising 30 to 70 % by weight of cellulose containing fibers to mechanical shearing at a temperature in the range of from ≥40°C to ≤120°C in the presence of at least one thermostable biocide, to the microfibrillated cellulose composition obtained in this process and their use in a process for production of paper, card and board comprising draining a paper stock comprising the microfibrillated cellulose composition with sheet formation in the wire.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une composition de cellulose microfibrillée, la cellulose microfibrillée ayant une longueur moyenne de fibre dans la plage de 500 à 1300 µm et un pourcentage de longueur de fibre dans la catégorie ≤ 200 µm d'au moins 15 %, obtenue en soumettant un mélange aqueux comprenant de 30 à 70 % en poids de fibres contenant de la cellulose à un cisaillement mécanique à une température dans la plage de ≥40°C à ≤120°C en présence d'au moins un biocide thermostable, la composition de cellulose microfibrillée obtenue par ce procédé et leur utilisation dans un procédé de production de papier, carte et carton comprenant le drainage d'un stock de papier comprenant la composition de cellulose microfibrillée avec une formation de feuille dans le fil.
