Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device and to a method for determining the weight of an in particular pharmaceutical product (12) situated in a container (3). The device comprises at least one x-ray source (28), which generates a beam path (18) to irradiate the container (3). A sensor (14) captures the radiation of the irradiated container (3) in the form of an image (12). An evaluation device (14) is provided, which divides the image (12) of the irradiated container (3) into at least one evaluation region (11), in which the product (2) is situated, wherein the evaluation device (14) uses the evaluation region (11) to determine a net weight of the product (2) situated in the irradiated container (3).
(FR) Dispositif et procédé permettant de déterminer le poids d'un produit (12) en particulier pharmaceutique qui se trouve dans un contenant (3). Ledit dispositif comprend au moins une source de rayons X (28) qui génère un chemin de rayonnement (18) permettant de radiographier le contenant (3). Un capteur (14) représente le rayonnement du contenant (3) radiographié sous la forme d'une image (12). Un dispositif d'évaluation (14) divise l'image (12) du contenant (3) radiographié en au moins une zone d'évaluation (11) dans laquelle se trouve le produit (2), le dispositif d'évaluation (14) déterminant, à l'aide de la zone d'évaluation (11), le poids net du produit (2) se trouvant dans le contenant (3) radiographié.
(DE) Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Gewichtsermittlung eines insbesondere pharmazeutischen Produkts (12), das sich in einem Behältnis (3) befindet, vorgeschlagen. Die Vorrichtung umfasst zumindest eine Röntgenstrahlungsquelle (28), die einen Strahlengang (18) erzeugt, zur Durchstrahlung des Behältnisses (3). Ein Sensor (14) erfasst die Strahlung des durchstrahlten Behältnisses (3) in Form eines Bildes (12). Es ist eine Auswerteeinrichtung (14) vorgesehen, die das Bild (12) des durchstrahlten Behältnisses (3) unterteilt in zumindest eine Auswerteregion (11), in der sich das Produkt (2) befindet, wobei die Auswerteeinrichtung (14) unter Verwendung der Auswerteregion (11) ein Nettogewicht des im durchstrahlten Behältnisses (3) befindlichen Produkts (2) ermittelt.
