Abstract:
(EN) Continuous rubber mixer which comprises a torque drive device (1), a mixer compartment (2), rotors (3), worm shafts (4), a vent opening (5), an inlet opening (6), cooling water ducts (7), an ejection nozzle (8), a shaft coupling (9a), shaft sleeves (9b) and an electric motor (10). A specific design of the surface of the interior walls of the mixer compartment (2) and of the surface of the rotors (3) not only results in high shear force like in conventional rolling mills and internal mixers, but at the same time increases processing efficiency, stabilizes the quality of the products and improves the operating environment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un mélangeur de caoutchouc en continu qui comporte un moteur couple (1), une chambre de mélange (2), des rotors (3), des arbres à vis sans fin (4), un orifice de purge d'air (5), un orifice d'admission (6), des conduits d'eau de refroidissement (7), une tuyère d'éjection (8), un accouplement d'arbres (9a), des chemises d'arbre (9b) et un moteur électrique (10). En raison de la forme particulière de la surface de la paroi intérieure de la chambre de mélange (2) et de la surface des rotors (3), on obtient non seulement une force de cisaillement élevée, comme dans les laminoirs et les mélangeurs internes classiques, mais on augmente également le rendement du traitement, on stabilise la qualité des produits et on améliore l'environnement de travail.
(DE) Kontinuierlicher Kautschukmischer, der eine Drehmoment-Antriebsvorrichtung (1), einen Mischraum (2), Rotoren (3), Schneckenwellen (4), eine Entlüftungsöffnung (5), eine Einlaßöffnung (6), Kühlwasserkanäle (7), eine Ausströmdüse (8), eine Wellenkupplung (9a), Wellenhülsen (9b) sowie einen elektrischen Motor (10) aufweist. Durch besondere Gestaltung der Innenwandoberfläche des Mischraums (2) und der Oberfläche der Rotoren (3) wird nicht nur eine hohe Scherkraft wie bei herkömmlichen Walzwerken und Innenmischern erreicht, sondern zugleich die Effektivität der Verarbeitung erhöht, die Qualität der Erzeugnisse stabilisiert und das Arbeitsklima verbessert.
