Abstract
(EN) A universal control method for medium-voltage distribution network feeder line fault localization, isolation, and power supply recovery, and based on peer-to-peer communications networks and distributed intelligence; performing classification and establishing a switch configuration information table according to a feeder line terminal and switch monitored by same; then, for different types of feeder line switch, designing distributed intelligence feeder line automated control processes and developing corresponding distributed intelligence feeder line automated systems.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion universelle permettant de localiser et isoler une panne et de rétablir l'alimentation électrique sur une ligne d'alimentation d'un réseau de distribution moyenne tension. Le procédé, qui fait appel à des réseaux de communication poste-à-poste et à l'intelligence répartie, consiste à effectuer une classification et à établir une table d'informations de configuration de commutateur en fonction d'une borne de ligne d'alimentation et d'un commutateur surveillé par celle-ci. Le procédé consiste ensuite, pour différents types de commutateurs de ligne d'alimentation, à concevoir des processus de gestion automatisée de ligne d'alimentation à intelligence répartie et à mettre au point des systèmes automatisés de ligne d'alimentation à intelligence répartie correspondants.
(ZH) 一种基于对等通信网络与分布式智能的中压配电网馈线故障定位、隔离与供电恢复的通用控制方法,其根据馈线终端及其监控的开关进行分类处理并建立开关配置信息表,然后针对不同类型的馈线开关,设计其分布式智能馈线自动化控制方法,并开发出相应的分布式智能馈线自动化系统。
