Disclosed are an intelligent postal delivery management system and an operating method of same. The system comprises a quick response code scanning terminal, a GPS/a BeiDou locator, and a terminal server. The quick response code scanning terminal comprises a client, a service terminal, and a transportation terminal, the client scanning the quick response code to send a delivery request and sending an electronic delivery order to the terminal server; the service terminal acquiring a customer delivery instruction, and scanning the quick response code on the order to automatically send acceptance completion information; and the transportation terminal scanning the quick response code on the order to automatically send loading information. The GPS/the BeiDou locator sends acquired locating information to the terminal server. The terminal server separately and automatically sends electronic delivery orders in different handling phases to the client, the service terminal, and the transportation terminal, and sends GPS/BeiDou locating data to the client. With the present invention, the real-time information and status of post can be known well, thereby improving the efficiency of the postal delivery service and perfecting the monitoring on each link.
