Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for bending the machine bed (5) of a stamping press, which machine bed has an opening (6b) for leading away stamped parts and waste, in order to at least partially compensate a deflection of the machine bed (5) caused by stamping force during stamping operation. Forces acting perpendicularly to the stamping force direction are applied to the machine bed (5) and/or forces acting perpendicularly to the stamping force direction are produced in the machine bed (5), by means of which forces the machine bed (5) bends in a direction toward the press ram (2) in such a way that the machine bed is more greatly bent in the region adjacent to the opening (6b) than in the regions adjacent to the longitudinal sides of the machine bed. By means of the method according to the invention, machine beds (5) of stamping presses having openings can be spatially pre-deformed with very minimal system complexity for the purpose of at least partially compensating deflections caused by stamping force.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour courber le socle de machine (5) d'une presse à découper présentant un passage (6b) pour extraire les pièces découpées et les déchets, afin de compenser au moins partiellement une déformation par flexion du socle de machine (5) due à la force de découpage, lors du découpage. Des forces agissant perpendiculairement à la direction de la force de découpage sont introduites dans le socle de machine (5) et/ou des forces agissant perpendiculairement à la direction de la force de découpage sont produites dans le socle de machine (5) de telle manière que le socle de machine (5) se courbe en direction du coulisseau de presse (2), de façon que le socle de machine se courbe plus fortement dans la zone adjacente au passage (6b) que dans les zones adjacentes à ses côtés longitudinaux. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de pré-déformer spatialement des socles de machine (5) de presses à découper, pourvus d'un passage, avec des moyens techniques très réduits, pour compenser au moins partiellement des déformations pra flexion dues à la force de découpage.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verwölben des Maschinenbetts (5) einer Stanzpresse, welches einen Durchbruch (6b) zum Wegführen von Stanzteilen und Abfall aufweist, zur zumindest teilweisen Kompensation einer stanzkraftbedingten Durchbiegung des Maschinenbetts (5) im Stanzbetrieb. Dabei werden quer zur Stanzkraftrichtung wirkende Kräfte in das Maschinenbett (5) eingeleitet und/oder quer zur Stanzkraftrichtung wirkende Kräfte im Maschinenbett (5) erzeugt, durch welche sich das Maschinenbett (5) in Richtung auf den Pressenstössel (2) zu verwölbt, und zwar derart, dass es sich im Bereich angrenzend an den Durchbruch (6b) stärker verwölbt als in den Bereichen angrenzend an seine Längsseiten. Durch das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren lassen sich durchbrochene Maschinenbetten (5) von Stanzpressen mit einem sehr geringen anlagetechnischen Aufwand zwecks zumindest teilweiser Kompensation von stanzkraftbedingten Durchbiegungen räumlich vorverformen.
