Abstract:
(EN) Described herein are methods useful for screening candidate biochemical entities targeting a target biochemical entity and methods useful for identifying a binding moiety for a target biochemical entity. The invention provides methods of screening drug candidates targeting a target biomolecule, comprising selecting a drug candidate based on a signal difference between a first signal and a second signal. The signal difference indicates a difference in an in vivo or in vitro pharmacological property. The first signal is produced upon binding between the target biomolecule and a first candidate by contacting the target biomolecule with the first candidate, and the second signal is produced upon binding between the target biomolecule and a second candidate by contacting the target biomolecule with the second candidate.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés utiles pour le criblage d'entités biochimiques candidates ciblant une entité biochimique cible et des procédés utiles pour identifier une fraction de liaison pour une entité biochimique cible. L'invention décrit des procédés de criblage de médicaments candidats ciblant une biomolécule cible, lesquels procédés consistent à sélectionner un médicament candidat sur la base d'une différence de signal entre un premier signal et un second signal. La différence de signal indique une différence d'une propriété pharmacologique in vivo et in vitro. Le premier signal est produit lors de la liaison entre la biomolécule cible et un premier candidat par mise en contact de la biomolécule cible avec le premier candidat et le second signal est produit lors de la liaison entre la biomolécule cible et un second candidat par mise en contact de la biomolécule cible avec le second candidat.
