Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a composition for detecting a marker for detecting the proliferation capacity or treatment capacity of adipose-derived stem cells cultured in a medium containing epidermal growth factor (EGF) or basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF); and a detection method.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur une composition pour détecter un marqueur destiné à la détection de la capacité de prolifération ou de la capacité de traitement de cellules souches dérivées de l'adipose cultivées dans un milieu contenant un facteur de croissance épidermique (EGF) ou un facteur de croissance basique des fibroblastes (bFGF), et sur un procédé de détection.
