Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an air-vibration sorting apparatus comprising: a main body having an air current forming part for forming an air current toward the upper direction; a sorting deck part for sorting and discharging a mixture by size, the sorting deck part being disposed on the upper portion of the main body with a predetermined angle of inclination and formed in a sieve shape into which the air current flows; a hopper on the upper portion of the sorting deck part, into which a mixture of particles having different sizes is supplied; a supplying part for supplying the mixture in the hopper to the sorting deck part with a fixed quantity; a vibration applying part on one side or the lower portion of the sorting deck part for applying vibration by moving the sorting deck part from side to side; and a plurality of ripples for classifying and moving the mixture by weight, the plurality of ripples being disposed on the plate surface of the sorting deck part in the direction vertical to the discharging direction of the mixture.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de triage par vibration d'air comportant : un corps principal possédant un élément de formation de courant d'air pour créer un courant d'air dans une direction vers le haut ; un élément de plateforme de triage pour trier et décharger un mélange par taille, l'élément de plateforme de triage étant disposé sur une partie supérieure du corps principal avec un angle prédéterminé d'inclinaison et en forme de tamis dans lequel le courant d'air circule ; une trémie sur la partie supérieure de l'élément de plateforme de triage recevant un mélange de particules possédant des tailles différentes ; un élément de distribution pour distribuer le mélange de la trémie dans l'élément de plateforme de triage en quantité fixe ; un élément d'application de vibration sur un coté de la partie basse de l'élément de plateforme de triage pour appliquer des vibrations en bougeant l'élément de plateforme de triage d'un coté vers l'autre ; et une pluralité de rides pour classifier et déplacer le mélange par poids, la pluralité de rides étant disposée sur la surface de plaque de l'élément de plateforme de triage dans la direction verticale à la direction de déchargement du mélange.
(KO) 본 발명은 에어진동 선별장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부방향으로 공기 기류를 형성하는 기류형성부가 구비된 본체와; 상기 본체의 상부에 일정 각도 경사지게 배치되며 상기 기류가 유입되는 망체형태로 형성되며, 혼합물이 크기별로 선별되어 배출되도록 하는 선별데크부와; 상기 선별데크부의 상부에 구비되어 서로 크기가 상이한 입자가 혼합된 혼합물이 공급되는 호퍼와; 상기 호퍼의 혼합물을 상기 선별데크부로 일정량씩 공급하는 공급부와; 상기 선별데크부의 일측 또는 하부에 구비되어 상기 선별데크부를 좌우로 이동시켜 진동을 인가하는 진동인가부와; 상기 선별데크부의 판면에 상기 혼합물의 배출방향에 수직한 방향으로 배치되어 상기 혼합물을 비중별로 분류하여 이동시키는 복수개의 리플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
