Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for setting the feed rate of a rotating cutting tool in real time and a control device. A method for setting the feed rate of a rotating cutting tool in real time and a control device according to the present invention comprise: a vibration data collecting step (S20) of collecting vibration data from a sensor installed on a machine tool (100); a chatter vibration trend line diagram deducing step (S30) of simplifying the increase/decrease of chatter vibration on the basis of the collected vibration data and thereby deducing a chatter vibration trend line diagram (G); a chatter vibration trend determining step (S40) of determining whether the slope of the chatter vibration trend line diagram (G) increases or decreases; and a tool feed rate adjusting step (S51, S52) of making an adjustment to decrease the tool feed rate when the slope of the chatter vibration trend line diagram (G) increases.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour établir la vitesse d'avance d'un outil de coupe rotatif en temps réel et sur un dispositif de commande. Un procédé pour établir la vitesse d'avance d'un outil de coupe rotatif en temps réel et un dispositif de commande selon la présente invention comprennent : une étape de collecte de données de vibration (S20), consistant à collecter des données de vibration à partir d'un capteur installé sur une machine-outil (100) ; une étape de déduction de graphique de ligne de tendance de vibration de broutement (S30), consistant à simplifier l'augmentation/diminution de la vibration de broutement sur la base des données de vibration collectées, et à déduire ainsi un graphique de ligne de tendance de vibration de broutement (G) ; une étape de détermination de tendance de vibration de broutement (S40), consistant à déterminer si la pente du graphique de ligne de tendance de vibration de broutement (G) augmente ou diminue ; et une étape de réglage de vitesse d'avance d'outil (S51, S52), consistant à réaliser un réglage pour diminuer la vitesse d'avance d'outil quand la pente du graphique de ligne de tendance de vibration de broutement (G) augmente.
(KO) 본 발명은 회전 절삭공구의 실시간 이송속도 설정방법 및 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 회전 절삭공구의 실시간 이송속도 설정방법 및 제어장치는, 공작기계(100)에 설치된 센서로부터 진동 정보를 수집하는 진동 데이터 수집 단계(S20); 상기 수집된 진동 데이터에 근거하여 채터 진동의 증감을 단순화하여 채터 진동 추이선도(G)를 도출하는 채터 진동 추이선도 도출단계(S30); 상기 채터 진동 추이선도(G)의 기울기가 증가하는지, 감소하는지를 판단하는 채터 진동 추이 판단단계(S40); 및 상기 채터 진동 추이선도(G)의 기울기가 증가되면 공구 이송속도를 감소시키도록 조정하는 공구 이송속도 조정단계(S51, S52);를 포함한다.
