(EN) The present invention provides a composition, kit, and method for detecting hypoxia or diagnosing hypoxia-related diseases, the composition containing a material for detecting arachidonic acid and a derivative thereof. The composition, kit, and method according to the present invention can conveniently and promptly detect hypoxia through the detection of a biomarker in a biological sample, and thus can be useful in the prevention or early diagnose of diseases caused by hypoxia, the determination of the severity of diseases and therapeutic effects, tracking of diseases, or the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition, un kit et un procédé pour détecter une hypoxie ou diagnostiquer des maladies liées à une hypoxie, la composition contenant un matériau pour détecter l'acide arachidonique et un dérivé correspondant. La composition, le kit et le procédé selon la présente invention peuvent détecter opportunément et immédiatement une hypoxie par la détection d'un biomarqueur dans un échantillon biologique et peuvent donc être utiles dans la prévention ou le diagnostic précoce de maladies provoquées par une hypoxie, dans la détermination de la gravité de maladies et d'effets thérapeutiques, dans le suivi de maladies, ou analogue.
(KO) 본원은 아라키돈산 및 그 유도체 검출용 물질을 포함하는 저산소증 검출 또는 저산소증 관련 질환 진단용 조성물, 키트 및 방법을 제공한다. 본원에 따른 조성물, 키트 및 방법은 생물학적 시료에서 생체 표지자의 검출을 통해 간편하고 신속하게 저산소증의 유무 검출 및 이를 이용하여, 저산소증에 의해 유발되는 질환의 예방 또는 조기 진단, 질환의 중증도, 치료 효과 판정 또는 경과추적 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
