Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is an improvement over the invention previously submitted by the inventor relating to an apparatus for recovering heavy oil from oil shale and a method for recovery using same, the present invention relating to an apparatus for supplying continuous heat/pressure to continuously feed and discharge oil shale sludge, in which a plurality of unit extraction apparatuses, comprising a kerogen extraction apparatus and an intermediate storage tank, are installed to implement a continuous operation, which is an improvement over a semi-continuous operation of alternately operating the kerogen extraction apparatus and the intermediate storage tank. According to the present invention, the kerogen extraction apparatus can be continuously operated as sludge in a pressurized state can be continuously supplied by disposing a pressurized supply pump for sludge in between the continuous mixing apparatus for oil shale/extractant and the kerogen extraction apparatus, and a pressure-controlling discharge valve on the exit side thereof, and as the oil shale and extractant/light oil added into the continuous oil shale/extractant mixing apparatus are maintained in the preliminary previously-heated state, the energy load of the kerogen extraction apparatus, for heating the thermal medium of the oil shale/extractant continuous mixing apparatus, can be reduced as the load can be shared with the continuous mixing apparatus, and thus has the benefit of reducing expenses due to a reduction in the size of the reactor and the ease of scaling-up.
(FR) La présente invention apporte des améliorations par rapport à l'invention précédemment déposée par le présent inventeur en relation avec un appareil permettant de recueillir du pétrole lourd à partir de schistes bitumineux et un procédé de recueil l'utilisant, la présente invention concernant un appareil permettant une alimentation en chaleur/mise sous pression en continu servant à acheminer et évacuer en continu des boues de schistes bitumineux. Dans ledit appareil sont installés plusieurs appareils d'extraction isolés, comprenant un appareil d'extraction de kérogène et une cuve de stockage intermédiaire, en vue d'un fonctionnement en continu, ce qui représente une amélioration par rapport à un fonctionnement semi-continu consistant à faire fonctionner alternativement l'appareil d'extraction de kérogène et la cuve de stockage intermédiaire. Selon la présente invention, l'appareil d'extraction de kérogène peut fonctionner en continu pendant que des boues sous pression peuvent être acheminées en continu au moyen d'une pompe d'alimentation sous pression disposée entre l'appareil de mélange en continu des schistes bitumineux avec le solvant d'extraction et l'appareil d'extraction de kérogène, une soupape régulatrice de pression étant située du côté sortie de la pompe. Quand les schistes bitumineux et le solvant d'extraction/pétrole léger ajoutés dans l'appareil de mélange en continu des schistes bitumineux avec le solvant d'extraction sont maintenus à l'état préalablement chauffé préliminaire, la quantité d'énergie nécessaire à l'appareil d'extraction de kérogène pour chauffer le fluide thermique de l'appareil de mélange en continu des schistes bitumineux avec le solvant d'extraction peut être réduite, car ladite quantité d'énergie peut être partagée avec l'appareil de mélange en continu, ce qui a pour avantage de réduire les coûts du fait d'une réduction de la taille du réacteur et de la facilité de l'accroissement d'échelle.
(KO) 본 발명은 발명자의 선 출원된 특허발명인 오일 셰일로부터 중질유를 회수하는 장치 및 이를 이용한 회수방법과 관련된 개량된 발명으로, 케로젠 추출장치와 중간저장조로 이루어진 단위추출장치를 복수 개 이상 설치하여 상기 케로젠 추출장치와 중간저장조를 교차 운전하는 반-연속적인 운전을 개선하여 연속 운전을 구현한 오일 셰일 슬럿지를 연속공급 및 배출하기 위한 연속 가열/가압 공급장치에 관한 발명으로, 오일 셰일/추출제 연속 혼합장치와 케로젠 추출장치 사이에 슬럿지 가압 공급 펌프를 설치하고, 케로젠 추출장치의 출구 쪽에 압력조절 배출 밸브를 설치함으로써, 케로젠 추출장치로 가압상태로 연속으로 공급할 수 있어, 케로젠 추출장치의 연속적인 운전이 가능하고, 오일셰일/추출제 연속혼합장치로 투입되는 오일셰일과 추출제/경질유가 사전에 예비 가열된 상태로 유지됨으로써, 오일셰일/추출제 연속혼합장치의 열매체유 가열에 따른 케로젠 추출장치의 에너지 부하를 연속혼합장치와 같이 나누어 감소시킬 수 있어, 반응기 크기 감소와 스케일업에 따른 비용 감소의 효과가 있다.
