Abstract:
(EN) This tapered roller bearing (1A) is provided with an outer race (11), an inner race (12), a plurality of tapered rollers (13), and a holder (20). The outer race (11), inner race (12), and tapered rollers (13) comprise a steel containing 0.6-1.50 mass% inclusive of carbon, 0.15-2.50 mass% inclusive of silicon, 0.30-1.50 mass% inclusive of manganese, and 0.20-2.00 mass% inclusive of chromium, and containing residual impurities. The nitrogen concentration at the surface layer is at least 0.3 mass%. The holder (20) includes a small ring-shaped section, a large ring-shaped section, and a plurality of columns. A pocket has a trapezoidal shape such that the portion housing the small-diameter side of the tapered rollers (13) is the narrow-width side and the portion housing the large-diameter side of the tapered rollers (13) is the wide-width side. A notch is provided to the pillar section at the narrow-width side of the pocket.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un roulement (1A) à rouleaux coniques muni d'une bague extérieure (11), d'une bague intérieure (12), d'une pluralité de rouleaux coniques (13) et d'une cage (20). La bague extérieure (11), la bague intérieure (12) et les rouleaux coniques (13) sont constitués d'un acier contenant 0,6 à 1,50% inclus en masse de carbone, 0,15 à 2,50% inclus en masse de silicium, 0,30 à 1,50% inclus en masse de manganèse et 0,20 à 2,00% inclus en masse de chrome, et contenant des impuretés résiduelles. La concentration d'azote dans la couche de surface est d'au moins 0,3% en masse. La cage (20) comprend une petite section en forme d'anneau, une grande section en forme d'anneau et une pluralité de colonnes. Une poche présente une forme trapézoïdale de telle façon que la partie renfermant le côté de petit diamètre des rouleaux coniques (13) soit le côté de faible largeur et que la partie renfermant le côté de grand diamètre des rouleaux coniques (13) soit le côté de largeur importante. Une encoche est réalisée sur la section de colonne du côté de faible largeur de la poche.
