Abstract:
(EN)  An organic EL element (100) having, on a transparent substrate (1) in the stated order, a transparent electrode (2), an organic functional layer unit (3), and an electrode (6) forming a pair with the transparent electrode (2). A method for manufacturing the organic EL element (100) is provided with: a step for forming an element precursor, and a step for irradiating a predetermined region of the element precursor with light. The element precursor satisfies the condition ΔExy≥0.05, where 0° represents the angle orthogonal to the transparent substrate (1), and ΔExy represents the chromaticity difference in the reflected colors within a range in which the tilt angle with respect to the transparent substrate (1) is 0° to 80°.
(FR)  L'invention concerne un élément EL (100) organique ayant, sur un substrat (1) transparent dans l'ordre indiqué, une électrode transparente (2), une unité de couche fonctionnelle (3) organique, et une électrode (6) formant une paire avec l'électrode transparente (2). Un procédé de fabrication de l'élément EL (100) organique comporte : une étape permettant de former un précurseur d'élément, et une étape permettant d'irradier une zone préétablie du précurseur d'élément avec de la lumière. Le précurseur d'élément satisfait la condition ΔExy≥0,05, où 0° représente l'angle orthogonal au substrat (1) transparent, et ΔExy représente la différence de chromaticité dans les couleurs réfléchies dans une plage dans laquelle l'angle d'inclinaison par rapport au substrat (1) transparent est compris entre 0° et 80°.
(JA)  有機EL素子(100)は、透明基板(1)上に、透明電極(2)と、有機機能層ユニット(3)と、透明電極(1)と対をなす電極(6)とを、この順に有する。有機EL素子(100)の製造方法では、透明基板(1)に対し直交する角度を0°と、透明基板(1)に対する0~80°の傾斜角度の範囲内での反射色の色度差をΔExyとしたとき、ΔExy≧0.05の条件を満たす素子前駆体を形成する工程と、前記素子前駆体の所定領域に光を照射する工程と、を備える。
