Abstract:
(EN) The invention is drawn to a transparent diffusive OLED substrate comprising the following successive elements or layers: • (a) a transparent flat substrate (1) made of mineral glass having a refractive index n1 of between 1.48 and 1.58, • (b) a monolayer of mineral particles (3) attached to one side of the substrate (1) by means of a low index mineral binder (2) having a refractive index n2 of between 1.45 and 1.61, and • (c) a high index layer (4) made of an enamel having a refractive index n4 comprised between 1.82 and 2.10 covering the monolayer of mineral particles (3), the mineral particles (3) having a refractive index n3 comprised between n 2+0.08 and n 4-0.08 and protruding from the low index mineral binder (2) so as to be directly in contact with the high index layer (4), thereby forming a first diffusive interface (DI1) between the mineral particles (3) and the low index binder (2), and a second diffusive interface (DI2) between the mineral particles (3) and the high index layer (4).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un substrat diffusif transparent pour OLED comprenant les éléments ou couches successifs suivants : (a) un substrat (1) plat transparent constitué de verre minéral ayant un indice de réfraction n1 compris entre 1,48 et 1,58, (b) une monocouche de particules minérales (3) fixées à un côté du substrat (1) au moyen d'un liant minéral de faible indice (2) ayant un indice de réfraction n2 compris entre 1,45 et 1,61 et (c) une couche d'indice élevé (4) constituée d'un émail ayant un indice de réfraction n4 compris entre 1,82 et 2,10 recouvrant la monocouche de particules minérales (3), les particules minérales (3) ayant un indice de réfraction n3 compris entre n2+0,08 et n4-0,08 et dépassant du liant minéral de faible indice (2) afin d'être directement en contact avec la couche d'indice élevé (4), formant ainsi une première interface diffusive (DI1) entre les particules minérales (3) et le liant de faible indice (2) et une seconde interface diffusive (DI2) entre les particules minérales (3) et la couche d'indice élevé (4).
