Abstract:
(EN) The device according to the invention consists of associating a laser inspection head (12) comprising a source emitting a laser beam (15) swept along a defined axis (16, 17) and a handling robot (13) seeing to the movement and spatial orientation of parts (14) whose structure requires inspection. The inspection head (12) and the handling robot (13) are configured and arranged across from one another such that, the inspection head (12) occupying a stationary position, the handling robot (13) can move the part to be inspected (14) across from the inspection head (12), such that the sweep of the laser beam (15) combined with the movement of the part in a direction perpendicular to the sweeping direction makes it possible to inspect the entire surface of the part (14). In one particular configuration, the handling robot makes it possible to vary the orientation of the part (14) relative to the direction of the laser beam (15) so as to have optimal lighting of the part.
(FR) Le dispositif selon l'invention consiste en l'association d'une tête d'inspection laser (12) comportant une source émettant un faisceau laser (15) balayé suivant un axe défini (16, 17) et d'un robot manipulateur (13) assurant le déplacement et l'orientation dans l'espace de pièces (14) dont la structure est à inspecter. La tête d'inspection (12) et le robot manipulateur (13) sont configurés et agencés l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre de telle façon que, la tête d'inspection (12) occupant une position fixe, le robot manipulateur (13) peut déplacer la pièce à inspecter (14) en regard de la tête d'inspection (12), de telle façon que le balayage du faisceau laser (15) combiné au déplacement de la pièce selon une direction perpendiculaire à la direction du balayage permette d'inspecter la totalité de la surface de la pièce (14). Dans une configuration particulière, le robot manipulateur permet de faire varier l'orientation de la pièce (14) relativement à la direction du faisceau laser (15) de façon à disposer d'un éclairement optimal de la pièce.
