Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a sensor comprising - a substrate; - a polymeric optical functional layer; - a layer of a photo-crosslinked hydrogel polymer that * has covalently bonded analyte-specific detection groups, and * is crosslinked via photoreactive groups; wherein the hydrogel polymer is covalently bonded to the polymer of the optical functional layer via photoreactive groups and the optical functional layer can indicate a change in the index of refraction in the layer of the hydrogel polymer by a change in its optical properties.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur, comprenant un substrat ; une couche fonctionnelle optique de polymère ; une couche de polymère flydrogel photo-réticulé qui présente * des groupes de reconnaissance spécifiques de l'analyte liés de façon covalente, et * est réticulée par des groupes photoréactifs. Le polymère d'hydrogel est lié de façon covalente par des groupes photoréactifs au polymère de la couche fonctionnelle optique et la couche fonctionnelle optique peut présenter une modification de l'indice de réfraction dans la couche du polymère d'hydrogel par l'intermédiaire d'une modification de l'une de ses propriétés optiques.
