Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a pump having a pump cylinder (1) having a continuous, cylindrical piston bore (3), in which a pump piston (4) is movable up and down in a translational manner, which, together with a pump cylinder head (2), delimits a pump operating chamber (11) having an inlet valve and an outlet valve (12) in the extension of the piston bore (3), wherein the outlet valve (12) controls a flow proceeding from the pump operating chamber (11) through a channel (20, 20a) connected to the pump operating chamber (11) which opens laterally on the pump cylinder head (2) in a spout (16). According to the invention, a pump is provided which has a contour which is cost-effective to produce and designed to be space-saving, wherein the pump has high operational reliability. This is achieved in that the spout (16) is connected to a flange (14), designed as one part together with the pump cylinder head (2), via a screw connection, and in that a high pressure interface (30) of the pump is arranged between the face end of the spout (16) and a screw-in opening for the spout (16) in the flange (14).
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe présentant un cylindre de pompe (1) pourvu d'un alésage pour piston (3) cylindrique traversant dans lequel un piston de pompe (4) peut être déplacé vers le haut et vers le bas par translation, lequel piston délimite avec une tête de cylindre de pompe (2) une chambre de travail de pompe (11) située dans le prolongement de l'alésage pour piston (3) et reliée à une soupape d'admission et à une soupape d'échappement (12), la soupape d'échappement (12) contrôlant un flux d'écoulement partant de la chambre de travail de pompe (11) et s'écoulant à travers un canal (20, 20a) qui est relié à la chambre de travail de pompe (11) et débouche dans une tubulure (16) sur un côté de la tête de cylindre de pompe (2). L'invention vise à fournir une pompe qui présente un profil réalisable à moindre coût et de faible encombrement tout en garantissant une grande sécurité de fonctionnement. À cet effet, la tubulure (16) est assemblée par vissage à une bride (14) formée d'un seul tenant sur la tête de cylindre de pompe (2), et une interface haute pression (30) de la pompe est placée entre l'extrémité frontale de la tubulure (16) et une ouverture de vissage ménagée dans la bride (14) pour la tubulure (16).
(DE) Pumpe, aufweisend einen Pumpenzylinder 1 mit einer durchgehenden zylinderförmigen Kolbenbohrung 3, in der ein Pumpenkolben 4 translatorisch auf und ab bewegbar ist, der zusammen mit einem Pumpenzylinderkopf 2 in Verlängerung der Kolbenbohrung 3 einen mit einem Einlassventil und einem Auslassventil 12 verbundenen Pumpenarbeitsraum 11 begrenzt, wobei das Auslassventil 12 einen Strömungsfluss ausgehend von dem Pumpenarbeitsraum 11 durch einen mit dem Pumpenarbeitsraum 11 verbundenen Kanal 20, 20a beherrscht, der seitlich an dem Pumpenzylinderkopf 2 in einem Stutzen 16 mündet. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Pumpe bereitgestellt, die eine kostengünstig herstellbare und platzsparend ausgestaltete Kontur bei einer hohen Betriebssicherheit der Pumpe aufweist. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, dass der Stutzen 16 über eine Schraubverbindung mit einem einstückig mit dem Pumpenzylinderkopf 2 ausgebildeten Flansch 14 verbunden ist und dass eine Hochdruckschnittstelle 30 der Pumpe zwischen dem stirnseitigen Ende des Stutzens 16 und einer Einschrauböffnung für den Stutzen 16 in dem Flansch (14) angeordnet ist.
