Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to absorbent composites, containing superabsorbent particles and at least two material layers, wherein the superabsorbent particles are positioned between two material layers in such a way that regions having superabsorbent particles and regions not having superabsorbent particles are formed, and the material layers are connected to each other in the regions not having superabsorbent particles, such that the two material layers form at least one chamber from the regions having superabsorbent particles, the superabsorbent particles being enclosed in the at least one chamber. The invention further relates to a method in which at least two material layers are provided, superabsorbent particles are introduced between the two material layers in some regions, and the material layers are connected to each other in the regions not having superabsorbent particles, wherein the two material layers form at least one chamber in the regions having superabsorbent particles, the superabsorbent particles being enclosed in the at least one chamber.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composites absorbants contenant des particules à fort pouvoir absorbant et au moins deux couches de matériau. Les particules à fort pouvoir absorbant sont positionnées entre deux couches de matériau de telle manière que sont formées des zones comprenant des particules à fort pouvoir absorbant et des zones dépourvues de particules à fort pouvoir absorbant. Les couches de matériau sont reliées entre elles dans les zones dépourvues de particules à fort pouvoir absorbant de sorte que les deux couches de matériau forment en dehors des zones comprenant des particules à fort pouvoir absorbant au moins une chambre, laquelle renferme les particules à fort pouvoir absorbant. L'objectif de la présente invention est atteint grâce à un procédé, lequel consiste à fournir au moins deux couches de matériau, à introduire par endroits des particules à fort pouvoir absorbant entre les deux couches de matériau et à relier ensemble les couches de matériau dans les zones dépourvues de particules à fort pouvoir absorbant. Les deux couches de matériau forment dans les zones contenant des particules à fort pouvoir absorbant au moins une chambre, laquelle renferme les particules à fort pouvoir absorbant.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft absorbierende Komposite enthaltend Super-absorber-Partikel und mindestens zwei Materiallagen, wobei die Superabsorber- Partikel zwischen zwei Materiallagen so positioniert werden, dass Bereiche mit Superabsorber-Partikeln und Bereiche ohne Superabsorber-Partikel gebildet werden, und die Materiallagen in den Bereichen ohne Superabsorber-Partikel miteinander verbunden sind, so dass die zwei Materiallagen aus den Bereichen mit Superabsorber-Partikeln zumindest eine Kammer bilden, in welcher die Superabsorber-Partikel eingeschlossen sind. Weiterhin wird die Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren gelöst, bei dem mindestens zwei Materiallagen bereitgestellt werden, Superabsorber-Partikel zwischen die beiden Materiallagen bereichsweise eingebracht werden und die Materiallagen in den Bereichen ohne Superabsorber- Partikel miteinander verbunden werden, wobei die beiden Materiallagen in den Bereichen mit Superabsorber-Partikeln zumindest eine Kammer ausbilden, in der die Superabsorber-Partikel eingeschlossen sind.
