Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for checking the absence of voltage on a power electronic component (5) connected to a high-voltage battery (2) and to an electrical machine (4) in a high-voltage network (1) of a motor vehicle, which component has a higher voltage than a low-voltage network of the motor vehicle. The power electronic component (5) comprises an intermediate circuit capacitor (9), a passive discharge resistor (10), a plug-in connection (15) for at least one high-voltage load and a fuse (18) which is connected upstream of the plug-in connection (15). Following disconnection of the high-voltage battery (2) from the high-voltage network (1) and when the plug (16, 20) of the cable (17) plugged into the plug connection (15) is withdrawn from the plug connection (15) or a target connection (42), a feed voltage is applied via the high-voltage contacts of the plug connection (15) and the voltage curve and/or, after a defined charging time interval (38) of the intermediate circuit capacitor, the resistance is measured by means of a measuring instrument (25), wherein an absence of voltage is determined in the event of a voltage curve lying in an intended range (35) or a resistance lying in an intended range (39).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de vérifier l'absence de tension au niveau d'une unité électronique de puissance (5) connectée à une batterie haute tension (2) et à un moteur électrique (4) dans un réseau haute tension (1) d'un véhicule automobile qui présente une tension plus élevée que celle d'un réseau basse tension du véhicule automobile. L'unité électronique de puissance (5) comporte un condensateur de circuit intermédiaire (9), une résistance de décharge passive (10), un raccordement enfichable (15) pour au moins un consommateur haute tension et un fusible (18) monté en amont du raccordement enfichable (15). Une fois la batterie haute tension (2) séparée du réseau haute tension (1), et le conducteur (16, 20) étant retiré du raccordement enfichable (15) ou d'un raccordement cible (42) du câble (17) enfiché dans le raccordement enfichable (15), on applique une tension d'alimentation par l'intermédiaire des contacts haute tension du raccordement enfichable (15), et on mesure au moyen d'un appareil de mesure (25) la variation de la tension et/ou la résistance après une durée définie (38) de décharge du condensateur de circuit intermédiaire, et une absence de tension est déterminée pour une variation de tension située dans une plage théorique (35) ou une résistance située dans une plage théorique (39).
(DE) Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Spannungsfreiheit einer mit einer Hochspannungsbatterie (2) und einer Elektromaschine (4) verbundenen Leistungselektronikbaueinheit (5) in einem Hochspannungsnetz (1) eines Kraftfahrzeuges, das eine höhere Spannung als ein Niedrigspannungsnetz des Kraftfahrzeugs aufweist, wobei die Leistungselektronikbaueinheit (5) einen Zwischenkreiskondensator (9), einen passiven Entladewiderstand (10), einen Steckanschluss (15) für wenigstens einen Hochspannungsverbraucher und eine dem Steckanschluss (15) vorgeschaltete Sicherung (18) aufweist, wobei nach einer Trennung der Hochspannungsbatterie (2) von dem Hochspannungsnetz (1) und bei aus dem Steckanschluss (15) oder einem Zielanschluss (42) des in dem Steckanschluss (15) eingesteckten Kabels (17) gezogenem Stecker (16, 20) über den Hochspannungskontakten des Steckanschlusses (15) eine Speisespannung angelegt und der Spannungsverlauf und/oder nach einer definierten Aufladezeitspanne (38) des Zwischenkreiskondensators (9) der Widerstand mit einem Messgerät (25) vermessen wird, wobei eine Spannungsfreiheit bei einem in einem Sollbereich (35) liegenden Spannungsverlauf bzw. einem in einem Sollbereich (39) liegenden Widerstand festgestellt wird.
