Title: SALVAGING-TYPE WATER DRAINAGE AND GAS RETRIEVAL MACHINE
Abstract:
A salvaging-type water drainage and gas retrieval machine comprises a winch and power mechanism, a liquid sealant transmission mechanism, a machine frame and a drainage mechanism. The liquid sealant transmission mechanism seals a moving steel cable (104, 503) by the application of the principle of liquid sealing to avoid underground gas leakage and to achieve the transmission of the steel cable (104, 503) in the drainage and gas production process. The machine frame has a supporting effect, and can be adjusted to ascend and descend by means of the winch mechanism and accordingly facilitates underground equipment overhaul. The steel cable (104, 503) drives a water salvaging cylinder (411), which has a bottom-mounted check valve (414) and is arranged in the drainage mechanism, in an up-down reciprocating motion to salvage well liquid, and drains the well liquid to ground-level through a self-balancing check valve (413) arranged at the bottom of a drainage pipe (412), while at the same time effectively sealing off underground gases. Pressure within the coal reservoir is reduced and coal bed gases buried in the coal bed are continuously desorbed and collected. The present salvaging-type water drainage and gas production machine is simple in structure, convenient to be installed and maintained, small in investment, good effect in energy saving, free of wear sealing, high in reliability and long in service life, hence the machine is convenient to be intelligently controlled and is especially applicable to long-period and stable drainage and gas production of coal-bed gas wells.
