(EN)A method for manufacturing a catheter member having at least one lumen is disclosed herein. The method includes, winding a sacrificial coil (110) over a mandrel (102) in a first direction and winding a reinforcement coil (120) over the sacrificial coil in a second direction. A polymer is then laminated over the sacrificial coil and the reinforcement coil. After the polymer is laminated, the mandrel is removed and the sacrificial coil is removed to thereby form the catheter member having the lumen.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un élément de cathéter ayant au moins une lumière. Le procédé comprend l'enroulement d'une bobine sacrificielle (110) sur un mandrin (102) dans une première direction, et l'enroulement d'une bobine de renforcement (120) sur la bobine sacrificielle dans une seconde direction. Un polymère est ensuite stratifié sur la bobine sacrificielle et la bobine de renforcement. Une fois que le polymère est stratifié, le mandrin est retiré et la bobine sacrificielle est retirée pour former ainsi l'élément de cathéter ayant la lumière.
