(EN) Disclosed are a carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode, an electrode assembly comprising the same, and a device for neural stimulation. The carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode, according to the present invention, is composed of carbon fibers, wherein the thickness thereof is 1-1000 μm, the linear density thereof is 0.01-5.00 g/cm, and the aspect ratio thereof is 100-1,000,000. In particular, the carbon fiber material according to the present invention may be obtained by dry-spinning a carbon nanotube and then subjecting the carbon nanotube to a liquid-based densification. The carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode of the present invention may be used in fields such as deep brain stimulation and spinal cord stimulation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de carbone pour une électrode de stimulation neuronale, un ensemble électrode le comprenant, et un dispositif de stimulation neuronale. Le matériau de carbone pour une électrode de stimulation neuronale, selon la présente invention, se compose de fibres de carbone, leur épaisseur étant de 1 à 1 000 µm, leur densité linéaire étant de 0,01 à 5,00 g/cm, et leur rapport longueur/diamètre étant de 100 à 1 000 000. En particulier, le matériau de fibre de carbone selon la présente invention peut être obtenu par filage à sec d'un nanotube de carbone puis par soumission du nanotube de carbone à une densification par voie liquide. Le matériau de carbone pour une électrode de stimulation neuronale de la présente invention peut être utilisé dans des domaines tels que la stimulation du cerveau profond et la stimulation de la moelle épinière.
(KO) 신경 자극 전극용 탄소 소재와 이를 포함하는 전극 어셈블리 및 신경 자극 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 신경 자극 전극용 탄소 소재는 탄소 섬유로 이루어지는데, 이 탄소 섬유의 두께는 1∼1000 μm, 선밀도는 0.01∼5.00 g/cm, 형상비는 100∼1,000,000이다. 이러한 본 발명의 탄소 섬유 소재는 특히 탄소 나노튜브를 건식 방적한 뒤 액체 기반 조밀화 처리를 함으로써 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 본 발명의 신경 자극 전극용 탄소 소재는 심부뇌 자극, 척수 자극 등의 분야에 쓰일 수 있다.
