Title: METHOD FOR TRANSFER AND ADHESION OF NANO THIN FILM
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the strong adhesion of a two-dimensional nano thin film to a desired substrate and, more particularly, to a method by which the adhesiveness of an extremely thin film having a nano thickness, such as graphene, MoS2, WS, h-BN, carbon nanotube thin film and nanowire thin film, on a substrate is increased under mechanical pressure and by means of an electric field, and by which graphene grown on a Cu substrate is directly transferred and adhered without a mediator onto a polymer substrate such as PET, wherein at least one side has an insulator.
