Abstract:
(EN)  Provided is a rare-earth magnet having excellent magnetic anisotropy and a reduced amount of Nd, etc., and a method for manufacturing said magnet. A rare-earth magnet provided with a crystal grain having the overall composition R2(1-×)R1×yFe100-y-w-z-vCowBzTMv (where R2 is at least one of Nd, Pr, Dy, and Tb; R1 is an alloy of at least one of Ce, La, Gd, Y, and Sc; TM is at least one of Ga, Al, Cu, Au, Ag, Zn, In, and Mn; 0 < × < 1, y=12 to 20, z=5.6 to 6.5, w=0 to 8, and v=0 to 2), the average grain size of the crystal grain being no greater than 1000 nm, the crystal grain being composed of a core and an outer shell around said core, the core having a composition richer in R1 than in R2, and the outer shell having a composition richer in R2 than in R1.
(FR)  L'invention concerne un aimant en terre rare ayant une excellente anisotropie magnétique et une teneur réduite en Nd, etc. et un procédé de fabrication dudit aimant. Elle concerne un aimant en terre rare comportant un grain de cristal ayant la composition générale R2(1−x)R1x yFe100-y-w-z-vCowBzTMv (où R2 représente au moins un élément parmi Nd, Pr, Dy, et Tb ; R1 est un alliage d'au moins un élément parmi Ce, La, Gd, Y et Sc ; TM représente au moins un élément parmi Ga, Al, Cu, Au, Ag, Zn, In et Mn ; 0 < x <1, y = 12 à 20, z = 5,6 à 6,5, w = 0 à 8 et v = 0 à 2), la taille de grain moyenne du grain de cristal n'étant pas supérieure à 1000 nm, le grain de cristal étant composé d'un cœur et d'une écorce extérieure autour dudit cœur, le cœur ayant une composition plus riche en R1 qu'en R2, et l'écorce extérieure ayant une composition plus riche en R2 qu'en R1.
