Abstract:
(EN)  The present invention provides a carburized component obtained by working into a component shape, and carburizing, steel having a composition comprising, by mass: 0.10 to 0.40% of C; 0.05 to 2.00% of Si; 0.30 to 2.00% of Mn; 0.30 to 3.00% of Cr; 0.025% or less of N; and one or more of 0.020 to 0.100% of Al, 0.01 to 0.20% of Nb, and 0.005 to 0.20% of Ti as a pinning-particle-forming element that forms a pinning particle by nitridation; with the remainder being made up by Fe and unavoidable impurities, the grain size number of the component surface layer up to 50 μm from the surface exceeding 5 and the grain size number of the component interior at a depth of 3 mm or more from the surface being 5 or less.
(FR)  La présente invention concerne un composant carburé obtenu par mise en forme en une forme de composant, et par carburation, d'un acier ayant une composition comprenant, en masse : de 0,10 à 0,40% de C ; de 0,05 à 2,00% de Si ; de 0,30 à 2,00% de Mn ; de 0,30 à 3,00% de Cr ; 0,025% ou moins de N ; et un ou plusieurs parmi de 0,20 à 0,100% de Al, de 0,01 à 0,20% de Nb, et de 0,005 à 0,20% de Ti en tant qu'élément de formation de particule de fixation qui forme une particule de fixation par nitruration ; le reste étant constitué par Fe et des impuretés inévitables, le nombre de taille de grain de la surface du composant recouvrant jusqu'à 50 µm à partir de la surface supérieure à 5 et le nombre de taille de grain de l'intérieur du composant à une profondeur de 3 mm ou plus à partir de la surface étant de 5 ou moins.
(JA)  本発明は、質量%でC:0.10~0.40%;Si:0.05~2.00%;Mn:0.30~2.00%;Cr:0.30~3.00%;N:0.025%以下;窒化によりピン止め粒子を形成するピン止め粒子形成元素として、Al:0.020~0.100%,Nb:0.01~0.20%,Ti:0.005~0.20%のうちの1種若しくは2種以上;残部Fe;及び不可避的不純物;の組成を有する鋼を部品形状に加工し、浸炭処理して成る浸炭部品を、表面から50μm以内の部品表層の結晶粒度番号が5番を超え、表面から3mm以上の部品内部の結晶粒度番号が5番以下である浸炭部品を提供する。
