Abstract:
(EN) These bearing components (11, 12, 13) comprise steel containing carbon in the amount of 0.95-1.1 mass%, inclusive, silicon in an amount less than 0.3 mass%, manganese in an amount less than 0.5 mass%, sulfur in an amount less than 0.008 mass%, chromium in an amount no less than 1.4 mass% and less than 1.6 mass%, with iron and impurities constituting the remainder thereof, and have a carbonitrided layer formed on the surface-layer section including contact surfaces (11A, 12A, 13A) which are the surfaces which contact other components. The average nitrogen concentration in the surface-layer section is 0.3-0.6 mass%, inclusive, and the variation in nitrogen concentration in the surface-layer section is 0.1 mass% or less. The amount of remaining austenite in the surface-layer section is 8 vol% or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne des composants de palier (11, 12, 13) qui contiennent au moins 0,95% en masse et au plus 1,1% en masse de carbone, moins de 0,3% en masse de silicium, moins de 0,5% en masse de manganèse, moins de 0,008% en masse de soufre, et au moins 1,4% en masse et moins de 1,6% en masse de chrome, le reste consistant en un acier constitué de fer et des impuretés inévitables, et qui présentent une couche de carbonitruration formée sur une partie couche superficielle qui inclut des faces de contact (11A, 12A, 13A) consistant en des couches en contact avec d'autres composants. Dans ladite partie couche superficielle, la concentration moyenne en azote est d'au moins 0,3% en masse et d'au plus 0,6% en masse, et les variations de concentration en azote sont d'au plus 0,1% en masse. La quantité d'austénite résiduelle dans ladite partie couche superficielle, est d'au plus 8% en volume.
