Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a low-grade olefin having ethylene and propylene as the principal components thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by contacting: a metal-containing zeolite catalyst having, as constituent elements thereof, a metal (X) selected from the group 8-10 metals of the periodic table, and a medium-pore zeolite (Z1) having a 10-membered ring structure comprising ten of a tetrahedral TO4 (T=Si or Al) unit; a material (O) having, as the principal component thereof, a saturated hydrocarbon having a boiling point in the range of 35-180°C at 1 atm; and an acidic gas (S).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une oléfine de bas grade ayant l'éthylène et le propylène comme composants principaux. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, ledit procédé est caractérisé par la mise en contact : d'un catalyseur zéolite contenant du métal ayant, comme éléments constitutifs, un métal (X) choisi parmi les métaux des groupes 8 à 10 du tableau périodique et une zéolite à pores moyens (Z1) ayant une structure de cycle à 10 membres comprenant dix motifs TO4 (où T = Si ou Al) tétraédriques ; un matériau (O) ayant, comme élément constitutif principal, un hydrocarbure saturé ayant un point d'ébullition dans la fourchette de 35 à 180 °C sous 1 atm ; et un gaz acide (S).
(JA)  本発明のある態様の低級オレフィン類の製造方法は、周期律表8~10族金属から選ばれる金属(X)、および四面体型TO(T=SiまたはAl)ユニット10個からなる10員環構造を有する中間細孔ゼオライト(Z1)を構成要素とする金属含有ゼオライト触媒に、1気圧での沸点が35~180℃の範囲にある飽和炭化水素類を主成分とする原料(O)および酸化性ガス(S)を接触させ、エチレン、プロピレンを主成分とする低級オレフィン類を製造する方法であることを特徴とする。
