Abstract:
(EN) An ordinary temperature-curable photocatalytic coating material according to the present invention comprises an acrylic emulsion-type resin which comprises acrylic resin particles having an average particle diameter of 80 to 200 nm and has a glass transition temperature of 20°C or lower. A photocatalytic coating material comprises: titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon, which has a dispersion degree of 1 to 30 μm as measured in accordance with JIS K5600-2-5; and an aqueous medium in which an acrylic emulsion-type resin and titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon can be dispersed. In 100 parts by mass of a heating residue of the photocatalytic coating material, 1 to 80 parts by mass of titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon is contained. The photocatalytic coating material has a minimum film forming temperature of 10°C or lower and an organic solvent content of less than 10 mass%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de revêtement photocatalytique durcissable à température ordinaire, comprenant une résine de type émulsion acrylique qui comprend des particules de résine acrylique présentant un diamètre de particule moyen de 80 à 200 nm et une température de transition vitreuse de 20°C ou moins. Un matériau de revêtement photocatalytique comprend : de l'oxyde de titane sur lequel est supporté un composé de cuivre, qui présente un degré de dispersion de 1 à 30 µm, tel que mesuré conformément à la norme JIS K5600-2-5 ; et un agent aqueux dans lequel une résine de type émulsion acrylique et de l'oxyde de titane sur lequel est supporté un composé de cuivre peuvent être dispersés. 100 parties en masse de résidu de chauffage du matériau de revêtement photocatalytique contiennent 1 à 80 parties en masse d'oxyde de titane sur lequel est supporté un composé de cuivre. Le matériau de revêtement photocatalytique présente une température filmogène minimale de 10°C ou moins et une teneur en solvant organique inférieure à 10 % en masse.
