Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a nitrile/fatty ester aldehyde, including the following steps: 1) hydroformylating a nitrile/ester/ω unsaturated fatty acid substrate under specific partial pressure, temperature, reaction time, nitrile/ester/ω unsaturated fatty acid reactant conversion rate, catalyst, [substrate]/[metal] molar ratio, and [ligand]/[metal] molar ratio conditions, such as to obtain, from the reaction: a hydroformylation product including at least one nitrile/ester/fatty acid aldehyde of formula: OHC-(CH2)r+2-R, and an isomerate including at least one nitrile/ester/internally unsaturated fatty acid isomer, wherein at least 80% of the internal isomer(s) of the isomerate consist of the unsaturated ω-1 isomer of formula CH3-CH=CH-(CH2)r-1-R ; then 2) separating and recovering the nitrile/ester/ fatty acid aldehyde and the isomerate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un aldéhyde nitrile/ester gras comprenant les étapes suivantes: 1) hydroformylation d'un substrat nitrile/ester/acide gras ω-insaturé dans les conditions particulières de pression partielle,température, durée de réaction, taux de conversion du réactif nitrile/ester/acide gras ω-insaturé, de catalyseur, de ratio molaire [substrat]/[métal], et de ratio molaire [ligand]/[métal] de façon à obtenir à l'issue de la réaction : -un produit d'hydroformylation comprenant au moins un aldéhyde nitrile/ester/acide gras de formule : OHC-(CH2) r+2-R, et - un isomérat comprenant au moins un isomère nitrile/ester/acide gras à insaturation interne dont au moins 80% des isomère(s) interne(s) de l'isomérat sont constitués de l'isomère ω-1 insaturé de formule CH3-CH=CH-(CH2)r-1-R; puis 2) séparation et récupération de l'aldéhyde nitrile/ester/acide gras d'une part et de l'isomérat d'autre part.
