Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for purifying acrylamide alkyl sulfonic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) evenly mixing to a material A and a solvent C to be contacted, an amount of the material A exceeding a dissolvability in the solvent C under an environment condition where the material is located, so that the material A is not entirely dissolved by the solvent C; (2) keeping the even mixing and contacting of the material A and the solvent C for at least 5 minutes; and (3) performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid, namely, a purified product B, impurities of which are reduced. In the purifying method of the present invention, a material does not need to be entirely dissolved, therefore, less solvent is used, and steps of increasing temperature for dissolving, cooling or removing solvent and separating-out of the solvent and the like are eliminated, so that the cost is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and operations are simplified.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification d'acide alkyl-sulfonique d'acrylamide. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : (1) mélanger uniformément une substance A et un solvant C avec lequel elle est en contact, une quantité de la substance A dépassant la solubilité dans le solvant C dans une condition environnementale dans laquelle se trouve la substance, de sorte que la substance A n'est pas entièrement dissoute dans le solvant C ; (2) maintenir le mélange uniforme et mettre en contact la substance A et le solvant C pendant au moins 5 minutes ; et (3) réaliser la séparation solide-liquide afin d'obtenir un solide, à savoir un produit purifié B, dans lequel les impuretés sont réduites. Dans le procédé de purification selon la présente invention, une substance ne doit pas nécessairement être totalement dissoute, ainsi, l'on utilise moins de solvant, et les étapes d'augmentation de la température pour la dissolution, de refroidissement ou d'élimination du solvant et de séparation du solvant et analogues sont éliminées, de sorte à réduire le coût, à améliorer l'efficacité et à simplifier les opérations.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种纯化丙烯酰胺基烷基磺酸的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:(1)将物料A与溶剂C混匀接触,所述物料A的量超过其所在环境条件下在所述溶剂C中的溶解度,使得所述物料A不会被所述溶剂C全部溶解;(2)保持所述物料A与所述溶剂C混匀接触至少5分钟;(3)固液分离,所得固体即杂质减少后的纯化产品B。本发明所述纯化方法不需将物料溶完,故能使用较少的溶剂,并且不需升温溶解,降温或除溶剂析出等步骤,故成本降低,效率升高,操作得到简化。
