Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and system for implementing intelligent customer service. The method includes the following steps: a user logs in a server through a client, and the server determines whether the user has asked a question; if the user asks the question for the first time, the server calculates, according to the group to which the user belongs, the average question depth of the group, compares whether the ratio of the first asking times of each question corresponding to the average question depth and the total asking times of all questions corresponding to the average question depth is larger than a preset value, selects, from the data table stored in the server, questions of which the depth is the average question depth and the ratio is larger than the preset value, and pushes the questions to the user; after receiving the questions pushed by the server, the user determines whether the question the user wants to ask is included in the pushed questions, if the question the user wants to ask is included in the pushed questions, the user selects the corresponding question and notifies the server, and the server obtains the answer of the question from the data table and pushes it to the user.
