Abstract:
(EN) It is described a polymeric mortar composition comprising from 60.0 to 90.0% of one or more mineral fillers with a particle size between 0.02 mm (635 mesh) and 3.36 mm (9 mesh), from 1.0 to 20.0% of one or more multifunctional terpolymers associated with one or more polymeric resins with additives in a proportion of up to 20.0%, and from 0.1 to 8.0% of one or more biocides and, optionally, from 1.0 to 15.0% of one or more silicate or pozzolan nanoparticles, or other curing accelerators, promoting high adhesion and mechanical strength to glue, as well as high cohesion of mortar when exposed to humidity and accelerated curing.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de mortier polymère comprenant de 60,0 à 90,0 % d'une ou plusieurs charges minérales ayant une taille de particules comprise entre 0,02 mm (635 mesh) et 3,36 mm (9 mesh), de 1,0 à 20,0 % d'un ou plusieurs terpolymères multifonctionnels associés à une ou plusieurs résines polymères ayant des additifs en une proportion allant jusqu'à 20,0 %, et de 0,1 à 8,0 % d'un ou plusieurs biocides et, facultativement, de 1,0 à 15,0 % d'une ou plusieurs nanoparticules de silicate ou de pouzzolane, ou d'autres accélérateurs de durcissement, favorisant l'adhésion et la résistance mécanique élevées à la colle, ainsi que la cohésion élevée du mortier lorsqu'il est exposé à l'humidité et au durcissement accéléré.
