Abstract:
(EN) A vibratory conveyor is described and which includes a base frame; a conveyor bed which is reciprocally mounted on the base frame; a motor mount which is mounted in force transmitting relation relative to the conveyor bed; a pair of selectively energizable motors which are mounted on the motor mount; a rotatable force transmitting member mounted on a rotatable drive shaft of each of the motors, and which further individually, forcibly engage each other; and wherein the respective drive shafts rotate eccentric weights which generate a force which imparts reciprocal motion to the conveyor bed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un convoyeur vibrant comprenant une structure de base ; un lit de convoyeur qui est installé de façon à réaliser un mouvement alternatif sur la structure de base ; un support de moteur qui est installé de façon à réaliser une transmission de force vis-à-vis du lit de convoyeur ; une paire de moteurs activables de manière sélective qui sont installés sur le support de moteur ; un élément de transmission de force rotatif installé sur un arbre d'entraînement rotatif de chacun des moteurs, lesdits éléments venant par ailleurs en prise individuellement les uns avec les autres de manière forcée ; et les arbres d'entraînement respectifs faisant tourner des poids excentriques qui génèrent une force qui imprime un mouvement alternatif au lit de convoyeur.
