(EN) The present invention relates to a microalgae transformation method comprising the step of mixing aminoclay, exogenous nucleic acids, and microalgae. The present invention also relates to a microalgae transformation composition comprising aminoclay and a transformation kit. The microalgae transformation method according to the present invention is characterized by being efficient and having simple processes in comparison with conventional methods. In addition, the aminoclay used in the present invention is excellently safe, inexpensive, and thus economical. In particular, the microalgae transformation method according to the present invention can be applied to various kinds of microalgae and thus can be usefully used in renewable energy businesses, the food industry, the development of useful strains for producing high value-added useful substances and cosmetic ingredients, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de transformation de micro-algues comprenant l’étape de mélange d’amino-argile, d’acides nucléiques exogènes, et de micro-algues. La présente invention concerne en outre une composition de transformation de micro-algues comprenant une amino-argile et un kit de transformation. Le procédé de transformation de micro-algues selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu’il est efficace et a des processus simples en comparaison aux procédés conventionnels. De plus, l’amino-argile utilisée dans la présente invention est très sûr, peu coûteux, et donc économique. En particulier, le procédé de transformation de micro-algues selon la présente invention peut être appliqué à différents types de micro-algues et peut donc être utilement utilisé dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelables, l’industrie alimentaire, le développement de souches utiles pour produire des substances utiles à haute valeur ajoutée et des composants cosmétiques, et similaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 아미노클레이(aminoclay), 외래핵산, 및 미세조류를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 미세조류의 형질전환 방법이다. 또한, 본 발명은 아미노클레이를 포함하는 미세조류 형질전환용 조성물 및 형질전환용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미세조류 형질전환 방법은 기존의 방법들에 비해 공정이 간소하고, 효율적이라는 것이 특징이다. 또한, 본 발명에서 사용되는 아미노클레이는 안전성이 우수하며, 가격이 낮아 경제적이다. 특히, 본 발명의 미세조류 형질전환 방법은 다양한 종류의 미세조류에 응용이 가능하므로, 신재생에너지사업, 식량산업, 고부가 유용물질 및 화장품원료 생산을 위한 유용균주의 개발 등에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
