(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing polyalkylene carbonate. Specifically, the method for manufacturing polyalkylene carbonate employs solution polymerization by means of a particular non-uniform catalyst and a solvent in a polymerization process of an epoxide compound and carbon dioxide so as to reduce side effect products, so that metal residue and by-product can be readily removed from the product, and heat control and process stability are improved by minimizing the risk caused by overheating of the reactants, thus readily providing a copolymer, and facilitating a scale-up of mass production.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de carbonate de polyalkylène. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de production de carbonate de polyalkylène utilise une polymérisation en solution à l'aide d'un catalyseur non uniforme particulier et d'un solvant dans un procédé de polymérisation d'un composé époxyde et de dioxyde de carbone de manière à réduire les produits secondaires, à éliminer facilement du produit les résidus métalliques et les produits secondaires, et à améliorer la régulation thermique et la stabilité du procédé en réduisant au minimum le risque dû au chauffage excessif des réactifs, conduisant sans difficultés à un copolymère, et facilitant l'extrapolation en vue d'une production en masse.
(KO)본 발명은 폴리알킬렌카보네이트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 상기 폴리알킬렌카보네이트의 제조방법은 에폭사이드 화합물과 이산화탄소의 중합 공정에서 특정 불균일 촉매와 용매를 이용한 용액 중합을 이용함으로써, 부반응의 생성물을 줄일 뿐 아니라, 생성물로부터의 금속 잔사 및 부산물의 제거가 용이하며 반응물의 과열로 인한 위험을 최소화하여 제열성 및 공정 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있어, 고분자량의 공중합체를 용이하게 제공할 수 있으며, 양산 및 스케일 업이 용이한 효과가 있다.
