Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the issue of suppressing reduction in error diagnosis precision, in an error diagnostic device for exhaust purification devices, said error diagnostic device performing error diagnosis of exhaust purification devices, using a calculation value for the amount of NOx amount flowing into an SCR catalyst as a parameter therefor. The error diagnostic device for exhaust purification devices comprises: an exhaust purification device including an SCR catalyst; an addition valve that injects a urea aqueous solution into an exhaust passage further upstream than the exhaust purification device; an EGR device that recirculates some of the exhaust from the exhaust passage further downstream than the addition valve, to an intake passage; an arithmetic calculation means that uses a parameter indicating the operation state of an internal combustion engine and calculates the amount of NOx inflow; and a diagnostic means that diagnoses errors in the exhaust purification device, using as a parameter the NOx inflow amount calculated by the arithmetic calculation means. The error diagnostic device is configured such that the NOx inflow amount calculated by the arithmetic calculation means is corrected in accordance with the amount of ammonia recirculated together with the exhaust by the EGR device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la suppression de la réduction de précision du diagnostic d'erreurs dans un dispositif de diagnostic d'erreurs pour des dispositifs de purification d'échappement, ledit dispositif de diagnostic d'erreurs réalisant un diagnostic d'erreurs de dispositifs de purification d'échappement au moyen d'une valeur de calcul pour la quantité de NOx circulant dans un catalyseur d'un réducteur catalytique sélectif comme paramètre pour celui-ci. Le dispositif de diagnostic d'erreurs pour des dispositifs de purification d'échappement comprend: un dispositif de purification d'échappement comprenant un catalyseur de réducteur catalytique sélectif; une soupape d'ajout qui injecte une solution aqueuse d'urée dans un passage d'échappement davantage en amont par rapport au dispositif de purification d'échappement; un dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement permettant la recirculation d'une partie de l'échappement du passage d'échappement davantage en aval par rapport à la soupape d'ajout vers un passage d'admission;un moyen de calcul arithmétique qui utilise un paramètre indiquant l'état de fonctionnement d'un moteur à combustion interne et qui calcule la quantité de NOx entrant; et un moyen de diagnostic qui réalise un diagnostic des erreurs dans le dispositif de purification d'échappement en utilisant comme paramètre la quantité de NOx entrant calculée par le moyen de calcul arithmétique. Le dispositif de diagnostic d'erreurs est conçu de sorte que la quantité de NOx entrant calculée par le moyen de calcul arithmétique est corrigée selon la quantité d'ammoniac recirculée conjointement avec l'échappement par le dispositif de recirculation des gaz d'échappement.
(JA)  本発明は、SCR触媒へ流入するNOの量の演算値をパラメータとして排気浄化装置の異常診断を行う排気浄化装置の異常診断装置において、異常診断精度の低下を抑制することを課題とする。本発明は、SCR触媒を含む排気浄化装置と、排気浄化装置より上流の排気通路へ尿素水溶液を噴射する添加弁と、添加弁より下流の排気通路から吸気通路へ排気の一部を還流させるEGR装置と、内燃機関の運転状態を示すパラメータを利用してNO流入量を演算する演算手段と、前記演算手段により算出されたNO流入量をパラメータとして排気浄化装置の異常を診断する診断手段と、を備えた排気浄化装置の異常診断装置において、EGR装置によって排気とともに還流されるアンモニアの量に応じて、前記演算手段によって算出されたNO流入量を補正するようにした。
