Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an internal gear grinding method that makes it possible to grind an internal gear having an arc-like tooth shape in a short amount of time. To this end, an internal gear (W) having an arc-like tooth shape and a threaded grindstone (11) that has a barrel shape comprising a blade shape that corresponds to the arc-like tooth shape are engaged in a state in which a predetermined axis intersection angle (Σ1) is applied, and the internal gear (W) and the threaded grindstone (11) are made to rotate simultaneously so that the tooth surface (Wb) of the internal gear (W) is ground by the blade surface (11b) of the threaded grindstone (11).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de rectification de denture d'engrenage interne permettant de rectifier un engrenage interne ayant une forme de dent semblable à un arc en un court laps de temps. A cette fin, un engrenage interne (W) présentant une forme de dent semblable à un arc, et une meule filetée (11) qui a une forme de fût présentant une forme de lame qui correspond à la forme de dent semblable à un arc, sont mis en prise dans un état dans lequel est appliqué un angle d'intersection d'axe prédéterminé (Σ1), et l'engrenage interne (W) et la meule filetée (11) sont mis en rotation simultanément de façon à ce que la surface de denture (Wb) de l'engrenage interne (W) soit rectifiée par la surface de lame (11b) de la meule filetée (11).
(JA)  円弧状の歯形を有する内歯車を短時間で研削することができる内歯車研削方法を提供する。そのため、円弧状の歯形を有する内歯車(W)と、その歯形の円弧形状に対応した刃形を有する樽形のねじ状砥石(11)とを、所定の軸交差角(Σ1)を与えた状態で噛み合わせて、同期回転させることにより、内歯車(W)の歯面(Wb)をねじ状砥石(11)の刃面(11b)によって研削する。
