Abstract:
(EN) In this imaging device, a difference calculation unit (104) calculates a difference signal of charge signals stored at different timings and held in a first and a second charge holding unit (102, 103). An additive sampling unit (105) additively samples the difference signal, and an analogue-digital conversion unit (106) converts the signal after additive sampling to a digital signal. More specifically, additive sampling is performed on difference signals having a high sparsity compared with the sparsity of general image signals.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de formation d'images dans lequel une unité (104) de calcul de différence calcule un signal de différence de signaux de charge mémorisés à des instants différents et maintenus dans une première et une seconde unité (102, 103) de maintien de charge. Une unité (105) d'échantillonnage additif échantillonne de manière additive le signal de différence, et une unité (106) de conversion analogique/numérique convertit le signal après l'échantillonnage additif effectué sur un signal numérique. Plus particulièrement, l'échantillonnage additif est effectué sur des signaux de différence ayant un aspect épars élevé en comparaison avec l'aspect épars des signaux d'image généraux.
(JA)  撮像装置において、差分算出部(104)は、異なるタイミングで蓄積された、第1および第2の電荷保持部(102,103)が保持している電荷信号の差分信号を算出する。加算サンプリング部(105)は、この差分信号に対して加算サンプリング処理を行い、アナログデジタル変換部(106)は加算サンプリング処理後の信号をデジタル信号に変換する。すなわち、一般画像信号と比較してスパース性の高い差分信号に対して、加算サンプリング処理が行われる。
