Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a substrate that is electrically conductive on at least one of the faces of same, provided with a stack of thin layers comprising at least one layer of catalyst material suitable for accelerating the growth of carbon nanotubes, characterised in that the stack comprises the sequence of thin layers deposited in the following order on top of said at least one electrically conductive face of the substrate: a) optionally, a metal made from metal M or a layer of a metal alloy made from metal M or a graphene layer; b) a titanium layer (Ti); c) an aluminium layer (Al); d) a layer of catalyst material(s) for the growth of carbon nanotubes. The invention also concerns a functional substrate (6) comprising a substrate coated with a carbon nanotube (NTC) mat, a production method and the uses of such a functional substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat électriquement conducteur sur au moins une de ses faces, muni d'un empilement de couches minces comportant au moins une couche de matériau catalyseur adapté pour accélérer la croissance des nanotubes de carbone, caractérisé en ce que l'empilement comporte la séquence de couches minces déposées dans l'ordre suivant au-dessus de ladite au moins une face électriquement conductrice du substrat : a/ le cas échéant, couche métallique en métal M ou couche en alliage métallique à base du métal M ou couche en graphène; b/ couche de titane (Ti); c/ couche d'aluminium (Al); d/ couche de matériau(x) catalyseur(s) de la croissance de nanotubes de carbone. L'invention concerne également un substrat fonctionnel (6) comportant un substrat revêtu d'un tapis de nanotubes de carbone (NTC), un procédé de réalisation les utilisations d'un tel substrat fonctionnel.
