(EN)The present invention relates to an apparatus for automated hair transplantation through the well-known extraction technique of capillary units or FUE, comprising the morphological analysis of hair follicles in real-time by means of artificial vision, mapping of points for extraction and implant, simulation of the final result, a system of local anaesthesia, global, simultaneous or in sequential phases, at least one articulated mechanical arm associated with a tool for differentially extracting and implanting hair follicles. The present invention is useful to reduce the time and cost associated with the intervention, improve the quality of the operation and the final result, in terms of capillary density, contemplating the study of cell differentiation of follicles with the required estimate of time required regarding the growth. Minimizes the positional discomfort of the patient, the pain associated with the administration of anaesthesia, among other inconveniences usually experienced by the patient in this type of intervention. The present invention is useful for diagnosis, treatment and hair transplantation procedures.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil automatisé pour la transplantation capillaire, faisant intervenir la technique d'extraction d'unités capillaires ou FUE, comprenant l'analyse morphologique des follicules capillaires en temps réel par vision artificielle, une mise en correspondance des points d'extraction et d'implantation, une simulation du résultat final, un système d'anesthésie locale, générale, simultanée ou graduelle séquentielle, et au moins un bras mécanique articulé associé à un outil pour extraction et implantation différenciées des follicules capillaires. La présente invention est utile pour réduire le temps et le coût associés à l'intervention, améliorer la qualité de l'intervention et du résultat final, en termes de densité capillaire, incluant en outre l'étude de la différenciation cellulaire des follicules avec prévision du temps nécessaire pour la croissance. Elle réduit au minimum l'inconfort lié à la position, la douleur associée à l'application de l'anesthésie et autres inconvénients pour le patient. La présente invention trouve une application dans le diagnostic, le traitement et la transplantation capillaire.
(PT)A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho automatizado para transplante capilar através da técnica de extração de unidades capilares ou FUE, compreendendo a análise morfológica dos folículos capilares em tempo real através de visão artificial, mapeamento dos pontos de extração e implante, simulação do resultado final, um sistema de anestesia local, global, simultânea ou faseada sequencial, pelo menos um braço mecânico articulado associado a uma ferramenta para extração e implante diferenciados dos folículos capilares. A presente invenção é útil para reduzir o tempo e custo associados à intervenção, melhorar a qualidade da intervenção e do resultado final, em termos de densidade capilar, contemplando ainda o estudo da diferenciação celular dos folículos com previsão do tempo necessário para o crescimento. Minimiza o desconforto posicionai, a dor associada à aplicação da anestesia e outros inconvenientes para o paciente. A presente invenção tem aplicação no diagnóstico, tratamento e transplante capilar.
