Abstract:
(EN) The invention is directed to a macromer comprising unit derived from a siloxane diol, di-isocyanates and a diol comprising a pendant group comprising an oligomer or polymer derived from methyl oxazoline or ethyl oxazoline.. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of said macromers, and to that the use of said macromers. The macromers according to the invention may be used in lenses, such as ophthalmic lenses. Films comprising the macromers according to the invention provide a surprisingly low modulus in combination with a high water content and oxidative stability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un macromère comprenant un motif dérivé d'un siloxane-diol, de di-isocyanates et d'un diol comprenant un groupe pendant comprenant un oligomère ou un polymère dérivé de méthyl-oxazoline ou d'éthyl-oxazoline. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation desdits macromères, et l'utilisation desdits macromères. Les macromères selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés dans des lentilles, telles que des lentilles ophtalmiques. Des films comprenant les macromères selon l'invention confèrent un module étonnamment faible en association avec une teneur en eau et une stabilité à l'oxydation élevées.
